OUR NEW HOME!

Loving our fabulous, brand new studio space, just opened last week!

We’re now located on Level 6 of 107 Customhouse Quay, with beautiful space and light, in a combined space with Ellena Conland of Performance Pilates.

Watch out for an expansion of class offerings in the next few months! Come along and see for yourself, and have a workout with either Ali or Ellena, who both have more than 20 years teaching experience!
